Bob DeVance

Bob has been servicing computers and related items full time since 1994. While Microsoft products have been forefront throughout, he has also had experience with Linux, UNIX, and Novell. He is knowledgeable of workstation PCs, servers, networks, and internet connectivity. Supporting a broad range of computing needs continues to be a focus for Bob and R & D Consulting.

Specifically, support for Microsoft server lines, Microsoft operating systems, and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) requires constant vigilance to keep up with the frequent and varied changes arriving almost daily. Bob is dedicated to helping customers with new equipment and software installations, maintenance of existing installations, and troubleshooting “one of a kind” unique issues. You can feel confident that your job will be done right by an individual with integrity and vast experience.

Lisa Efting

Lisa has been involved with computer and software support since 1998 when she took on the IT challenge for her employer at that time. She provided a variety of customer support services in that organization including new equipment and software installations, massive database systems migration to a new host platform, and day to day support of all systems to keep the IT functions running smoothly.

Lisa came on board at R & D Consulting full time in 2014 where she assumed additional responsibilities for multiple customer’s servers, backups, databases, and workstations with their attendant varied and often unique software requirements. Due to her in-depth knowledge and outstanding customer relations skills, she has developed a loyal following that won’t have anyone else touch their computer systems.
